Privacy Policy

Scope and the short version

This Privacy Policy applies to mobile applications and digital services published by Reza Rezaeian, including the products presented on this website and releases made available through Apple and Iranian app stores (together, the "Apps").

The short version: the Apps do not require a shared Reza Rezaeian website account unless an individual product clearly says otherwise. I do not sell your personal data. App content is primarily kept on your device or in your own private cloud storage. Limited service providers may process technical, purchase, support, or contact information only where needed to operate a feature.

App data and cloud sync

Entries, settings, history, plans, and other app content are primarily stored locally on your device. When an App offers iCloud or CloudKit sync, copies are stored in your personal Apple account under Apple's terms. I do not have routine access to your private iCloud database.

Some Apps may use a backend service such as Firebase, Supabase, or Appwrite when a feature requires authentication, synchronization, notifications, or remote storage. In that case, only the information needed for that feature is processed, and the App may provide additional product-specific details.

Health data

Some Apps may read from or write to Apple Health (HealthKit), but only after you grant the relevant permission. Health data is used solely to provide the feature you requested. It is not used for advertising or marketing and is not sold.

You can review or revoke HealthKit access at any time in iOS Settings. Health information remains in the App container or your personal HealthKit data store unless an App clearly explains another user-requested transfer.

Location, photos, and user-provided content

If an App offers a location-based feature, location is accessed only with your permission and for the feature you activate. Precise location is not used for advertising or profiling.

If you choose a photo, document, text, or other content for an App feature, that content is processed only to provide the requested result. Content saved by the App remains on your device unless you explicitly use cloud sync, sharing, or another clearly identified online feature.

Analytics and diagnostics

Where analytics or crash reporting is enabled, limited technical information may be processed to understand installations, feature use, performance, and errors. This can include a random app identifier, device model, operating system and App version, language, diagnostics, and an approximate region inferred from an Internet Protocol address.

Analytics must not include private app records, health data, precise location, passwords, payment details, or the content of contact messages. Depending on the App, providers may include Apple platform analytics or another service identified in an app-specific disclosure. Their processing is governed by their own published privacy terms.

Purchases and subscriptions

Payments and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. I do not receive or store your card or bank details. Apple may provide an App with a purchase receipt or subscription status so that paid features can be activated. You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your Apple account settings.

Website contact form and email

When you submit the contact form, the name, email address, company or project details, budget range, and message you provide are sent to Reza Rezaeian. The form uses Resend as an email delivery provider. Resend processes the message only to deliver it and applies its own privacy and security terms.

Contact messages are retained only as long as reasonably needed to answer your request, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Do not submit sensitive health, financial, password, or identity-document information through the form.

Newsletter subscriptions

When you voluntarily join the newsletter, your email address, selected site language, source website, consent status, and registration time may be processed to manage the subscription and send occasional updates about iOS apps, product releases, and development work. The legal basis is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Resend provides email delivery and contact-list services for the newsletter. A confirmation is sent to the submitted address and a registration notice is sent to Reza Rezaeian. You can unsubscribe by replying to a newsletter or confirmation email, or by contacting [email protected]. The address will then be removed or marked as unsubscribed and will no longer receive marketing updates.

What I do not do

• I do not sell personal data.
• I do not collect contacts unless a specific feature clearly requests permission.
• I do not use precise location or health information for advertising.
• I do not access private iCloud content as part of normal App operation.

Retention, deletion, and security

Local App data remains until you delete it in the App or uninstall the App. Cloud copies remain according to your Apple or other cloud-account settings. Service providers retain limited service data according to their policies and configured retention periods.

You may request deletion of contact, support, or other identifiable service data by emailing the address below with the App name and enough information to locate the request. Reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted network connections where supported, are used to protect information, but no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of personal data. You can delete local data in the App or by uninstalling it, manage cloud copies through your account settings, and revoke permissions in iOS Settings.

Children

The Apps and this website are not directed at children under 13 unless an individual App expressly states otherwise. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information should contact me.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, this page and the effective date above will be updated. Product-specific privacy disclosures may supplement this policy where an App uses additional data or services.
